Leavers' Dinner 2018
On Friday, 8th June 2018, the BruSheff Society came together to bid farewell to the leaving batch. This year, the theme of our Leavers' Dinner is 'Back to the 70s'!
The event started off with party games (nothing too wild since most were fasting). We first played a Murder Mystery Game where a homicide case was presented and the guests all have to work together to solve it. The committee came up with the case ourselves! Took us like... 5 hours though.. (making up a homicide case is much harder than you think!
We then played a quiz game of 'Who Knows Sheffield the Best' on Kahoot, followed by a Pantun/Poem Faceoff!
What followed is certificate and souvenir presentation to all members of the leaving batch. We gave them a motivational jar we made from scratch!
We also made the guests all vote for the winners for the games. As a result...
On top of that, we also have special awards for the leaving batch! Voted by the guests, this is the outcome of the votings:
