Salam and hello, BruSheff is proudly announcing that the 3rd Brunei Yorkshire Games (BYG 2013) has resurfaced again this year with its casual yet competitive game; dodgeball. It is once again open to all Bruneian Societies in the UK with team members possessing the BSU card. It will set at the same place where the 2nd BYG in 2012 was held which is at the Concorde Sports Centre, Sheffield. The tournament itself will be on the 23rd of November, 2013. In early October, BruSheff has organised an event from which the newcomers are gathered around in hopes to get them familiarized with the Bruneian faces around Sheffield. Set on the 5th of October at Weston Park we organised games to act as a framework where people get to know the general members. The newcomers include the first year undergraduates and the postgraduates; mainly Masters students.  On the 19th of November, we have also organised an 'Aidil Adha celebration from which the Muslim students of BruSheff have congregated to a Muslim Community Centre. A religious speech was given by both the current and former religious officer for BruSheff. Afterwards, the congregants gather around for the food catered.
