At the start of the year, we had a Chinese New Year Potluck gathering at the Allen Court Common Room. A couple weeks later, we had another gathering for Chap Go Meh (the 15th night of Chinese New Year). Conclusion: BruSheff loves to eat.

The 2016/17 committee hosted our annual AGM (Annual Grand Meeting) where the first years gave their speeches, convincing the seniors as to why they should be elected as part of the new committee for 2017/18. At the end of the perfect day (the weather was literally amazing), and after our BBQ lunch, the newly elected committee was announced and as usual, tons of photos were taken. Unfortunately for you readers, here is only one.

Our first event as the new committee was to organize the Solat Hajat, where we invited Cikgu Ahmad Faisal, Cikgu Haji Mohd Shril and Ustaz Muskrisman Safari from Unit Penuntut-Penuntut to the University of Sheffield.
Next, we held our BruSheff anniversary with a Running Man theme. Tips on budgeting: Use stickers as name tags.
