BruSheff Leavers' Night 2014
With '1001 Nights - The Arabian Journey ☆' as the theme for the fine evening, about 60 attendees comprising of members of the BruSheff Society made their way to the Sheffield Jesus Centre located at Broomspring Lane on the Saturday of June 14th. This annual event is being held yet again as a token of appreciation for the society's members who are graduating from their respective universities at the end of their academic year.
The evening was filled with good music, scrumptious food and fun games, filling the room with laughter and hopefully offering an overall spectacular time for the attendees. One highlight of the evening was the short, but nevertheless still sweet, farewell speeches presented by representatives of the leavers, Amin Nordin and Shazrinah Shazali, where they took a moment to look back at the sweet memories of the past and look forward to the future they are going to embark on.
Also this year, the Best Dressed Award made a comeback whereby Mu'izz Khalid and Lisa Ahmad each got the highest number of votes from the panel of judges of the night.
Below is the much anticipated video played on the big screens towards the end of the evening.
The evening ended with a group photo with attendees of the BruSheff Leavers' Night 2014.
All the best, BruSheff Leavers 2013/2014!
The committee would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in making the event possible, either directly or not :).
