Sheffield vs Snowdon
On the 9th of November a few Brusheff members have joined a charity event held by the University of Sheffield Islamic Circle (USIC) called the Sheffield vs Snowdon trek. Each participants have to raise 200 pounds nad hike through Mt. Snoedon, the highest mountain in Wales. Money donated will proceed to charities for the needy in Syria.
The participants from Brusheff are namely Yusof Fadli bin Haji Sidek, Siti Alai Shazrinah binti Haji Shazali, Siti Rafizah binti Norudin Sarah Haji Abdul Mutallif. Alhamdulillah they have successfully climbed Mt Snowdon and raised over 800 pounds. Hopefully this would inspire more people to join in activities for a great cause and hopefully the proceeds will help aid Syria in their struggle.
