The Brunei Yorkshire Games 2016 will consist of two well-known team sports which are Dodgeball and Indoors Ultimate Frisbee. These sports are not usually offered in regular sports meets, so this is the time to show off your skills!  When? 19.11.2016 (Saturday) Where? It is with great pleasure to announce that we, the Brunei Sheffield Society (BruSheff) along with BruLeeds Society and BruYork Society, will be hosting the Brunei Yorkshire Games (BYG) for the 6th time on  19th November 2016 ! The Brunei Yorkshire Games includes Dodgeball and Frisbee , which are both team sports that are usually not offered during regular sports meets. We are trying to attract and encourage more Bruneian Students all over the United Kingdom to participate in the upcoming sports event. The Brunei Yorkshire Games aims to offer fun and engaging games that everyone can easily pick up due to their casualness without eliminating the element of competitiveness in the twist – this is what makes this sports meet unique and fresh. Sambutan Maal Hijrah 1438 H 1st October 2016 - BruSheff members celebrated the new year of the Islamic calendar by having a small gathering at IQ Brocco Common Room, performing Maghrib Jemaah together and the reading of Doa Selamat lead by Hazazi Rifaie, the vice president of the society. This is was also the first official gathering of the members in the UK for this new academic year. BruSheff Ice-Breaking and Amazing Race 8th October 2016 - The annual Amazing Race and Ice-Breaking Session was designed especially for the freshers of the BruSheff Society, to get to know each other, build teamwork and leadership skills, and exploring Sheffield's hidden treasures through the race.
